TeluguPeople Foundation is pleased to offer scholarship of ₹ 8,000 to Raj of Janagaon District to attend 1st year Integrated B Tech at RGUKT IIIT, Basar.

Raj comes from a very poor family of three. He lost his father to farming crisis few years ago and mother is supporting family by doing seasonal farm labor work. Raj is a brilliant student, stood 1st in his Mandal with over 98% from Zilla Parishad highschool. He earned a fully paid seat in 6 year integrated B Tech in prestigious state run IIIT. He sought some support from TPF to pay for sundry expenses such as books and transportation, which his family is not in a position to afford.

Raj is referred to us by our partner organization, i4farmers. They have been helping family for the last 3 years since loss of his father and asked us if we could sponsor this child for college.

We are happy to offer some financial help to family recovering from grief over loss of primary bread earner. Wish him best of success.
